A

yes, south facing and located on the edge of the green belt has cased a posistive feedback loop for the area in a good way:
prices of houses are high due to the physical attributes, pople purchase the houses which means money is circulating the cocio economy, this moeny can be used to invest into private schools. private schools are more likely to give children good qualifications, children return to area when theyre older with high paying jobs, which gets recirculated back into the economy.

yes, the presence of boarding schools encourages international students to introduce their culture to the areas
