↑ WBC with left shift
Alt, AST, alp, conjugated bilirubin
Lipase, amylase ( to r/o pancreatitis)
Blood culture if hx suggestive of cholangitis

NPO
Iv fluids
Ng if persistent vomiting
Analgesia
Abx ampicillin + gentamicin + metronidazole
