A
CAD can be used to draw up the floor plans and models of an architectural project. BIM, on the other hand, is focused specifically on the design and documentation of buildings.

- Project Delivery: contractual relationship between the owner, architect, and contractor can
constraint communication. - Cost: initial investment is required
- Legal Issues: legal framework (responsibilities and risks allocation) is yet unsettled
- Organizational Issues: many conservative construction practitioner
