Used for treatment of depression advertised as an herbal Prozac
Saw palmetto
Used to prevent & treat urinary symptoms in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia
Valerian
Used mainly to promote sleep & allay anxiety & nervousness; also has muscle relaxant effects
