Eat only plants. Long intestinal tract compared to their body length.
Have ridged molars. ➝ The food is crushed fine between the ridges. Often do not have canines.

Eat only meat. Do not have to digest the cell walls of plants. ➝ Short intestinal tract.
Have cutting molars ➝ Sharp teeth that can cut the food into pieces.

eat plant and meat. Medium length in comparison to the body length.
Knobbly face molars.
Have canines.
Humans are also omnivores.
