If a prisoner has been arrested 2 or More times Within the past 5 years for the following offeses, the prisoner should be deemed resisting recidivist

Aggravated Assault upon a Po or Peace Officer.
The desk Officer will have the following property removed from prisoner:
Unlawfully Carried Required as Evidence Lawfully carried but dangerous to life, would facillitate escape,could be used to attempt/commit suicide or assault another for example: articles containing glass or having sharp edges, belts, neckties,shoe laces,drawstrings. Can be used to Deface or damage Property
Who permission is needed to retain a religious Head Covering when consistent with personal safety and the safety of the prisoner
