3-the differences will be even more aparent when you consider different countries
4-also, greetings will evolve and change overtime (compare and English gentelment living 100 years ago to today)

I thing it was mentioned before that language and culture are linked, but in page 47 is pointed out that different cultures express themselves using the same language, for example, the “Spanish-speaking world”.
