Q

What do specialised cells develop into?

A

-Cells are specialised to carry out particular functions
-These specialised cells form tissues
-These tissues form organs
-These organs form organ system
-In the Humans the digestive system(provides the body with neutrients) and the respiratory system(provides the body with oxygen and remove carbon dioxide are examples of organ systems that provide dissolved materials that need to be moved quickly around the body in the blood by the circulatory system

Q

What are organelles, cells, tissues, organs and organ systems?

A

Organelles- A component within a cell that carries out a specific task
Cells- Basic functional and structural in a living organisms
Tissues- A group of cells of similar structure working together to perform a particular function
Organs- Made up from a group of different tissues working together to perform a particular function
Organ systems- Made from a group of organs with related functions, working together to perform body functions within the organism
