  2. Boss - responsible for overall safety of the crew, ensure FFs are wearing their seatbelts, establish command & create action plan, assist rescue OIC as needed. Full PPE & Traffic Vest
    Tools: radio
  3. Suppression - deploy extinguisher and/or handline for suppression. Full PPE & SCBA.
    Tools: appropriate extinguishing agent, radio
  4. Stabilization - assist with stabilization, assist with rescue operations. Full PPE & traffic vest.
    Tools: appropriate cribbing, radio
  5. Hazards - control any and all hazards. Full PPE & traffic vest.
    Tools: hazard control materials, radio
  6. Backup - depower vehicles. Full PPE & road vest.
