[1] first line treatment of Peptic ulcer for prevention and treatment, often given with long term NSAID use
[2] second line treatment for dyspepsia, GORD esp more severe cases
[3] h.pylori eradication therapy- treatment of H.pylori alongside antibiotics (2x)
