A

CLEAN~ hands, food and surfaces/tools must be kept clean and dry
SEPARATE~ keep foods with possible contamination(raw meat) away from foods that are ready to eat(washed raw veggies/bread)
COOK~ cook foods completely to kill any food borne disease
CHILL~ keep cold foods cold. Do not allow foods to sit out.
