1
Q

Homogenisation

A

Breaking up and mixing of the material together uniform preparation. The marginalisation can be carried out using a mortar and pesto or a blender

Q

Centrifugation

A

Place in the preparation and sent a few tubes and spending them in a centrifuge at high speed. The forces involved, centrifugal forces, will cause the large heavier particles to settlement with the smaller lighter particles remaining in suspension at the top in the supernatant
