Orvieto DOC - white wine from Grechetto, Trebbiano, and other local white varietals.
Light body, med-high acid, grapefruit and peach notes. Wines made protectively with cool fermentation and stainless steel aging.

A

Situated on hills to south of Rome.
Vineyards cooled by altitude and nearby lakes.
Frascati DOC white wine blend made from Malvasia and Trebbiano. Fresh unoaked style with med. body, med.-high acid, notes of citrus and sometimes floral/orange blossom from Malvasia
