Achievers
Always want to achieve more, keep busy. Never seem to rest. Get up early types. Ask them about how long they have to work for something or what time they came in in the morning, and how long they had to stay late. don’t be a slacker with them
Activators
Want to rush. Impulsive. Very impatient. Tell them that you know they make things happen and that you may ask them for help. Listen to their complaints. Ask them for what improvements need to be made.
adaptability
don’t resent unexpected detours. likes them. can be indecisive. go with the flow. like short term assignments
analytical
very data driven. need data to back things up. rigorous. need accuracy and numbers. can ask tons of questions and seem rude. take time to go through things with them and have numbers ready

able to deal with complicated challenges. can manage a ton of things together even with new inputs. ok with change in plans and can dive in to devise new options. like complicated challenges, good at positioning people, resourceful. can be insensitive, can rearrange things too much, and might overcomplicate things

family oriented, altruistic, even spiritual. high ethics. needs work that meshes with values. don’t care about the money - need purpose. can be stubborn, opinionated and intolerant. try to discover their passions and beliefs, as well as learn about their family and community
command
likes to be direct. can be opinionated and confrontational (look at behaviour online). can lead and take charge when mature. can speak plainly about sensitive subjects. never threaten them
communication
likes to think about how to communicate most effectively. great at social gatherings, listen to their stories,have ideas for social events
competition
like to compare, compete, and win. likes competitive words, need to find places where they can win, when they lose, let them mourn for a while
connectedness
thinks things are all connected (can be flaky at immature stage). like to see connections between things for the big picture. at a mature stage, can look at bigger purpose. builds bridges and thinks about how various organisations or systems are connected. learn about the issues they are concerned about. when they network with various groups of people, can see even more connections
consistency
values fairness and equality. likes clear rules that are applied equally. don’t like it when people abuse their privileges. don’t like change - like predictable patterns. very practical. like to pinpoint everyone’s contribution
context
thinks about the past a lot when making decisions now. like to understand the background of pple. respect history. have good memory of what has been done - can ask them. good at learning from past. when introducing friends to them, get them to share their background. can be stuck in the past and on past baggage
deliberative
very careful and private. likes to plan ahead and anticipate what might go wrong. reserved. choose friends carefully. can id dangers and weigh the risks. apprehensive. will double check. takes care with planning. good for joining teams that are impulsive. ask them to id landmines. respect their privacy
developer
looking to help people experience success. loves to see how people discover their talents. let them know how their encouragement affects others. enjoy selecting achievements that deserve praise. ask them for advice on how to grow your job. might overinvest in losing causes
discipline
needs predictable routines, precision and control. focus on timeline and deadlines. they need timelines and advance notice for deadlines. sudden changes can upset them. don’t like disorganisation or a cluttered environment. can be very efficient and create good systems
empathy
sensitive to and will think about others’ thoughts and feelings. you can ask them about how others are feeling. they can sense what others think about something. might be easily manipulated by others and not objective. Too forgiving. Happy when others are happy.
focus
always thinking about how to be more efficient. hates barriers, delays to goal. if it does not help you move to goal, it is not important. good with deadlines, don’t like unstructured meetings, can be insensitive to feelings when it is in the way of getting work done.
futuristic
energised by envisioning the future. dreams of a better tomorrow or product. like to talk about what could be.
harmony
always try to steer away from confrontation and towards harmony. prefer to talk about things that everyone can agree on. willing to make concessions. always politically correct. at maturity, tries to make everyone come to a consensus. try to be peacemaker. try not to include them where there will be arguments, don’t discuss controversial items with them as they don’t like debate. focus on practical matters with them
ideation
always looking for new ideas, aha moments, connections, bored easily. can be impractical. thrive on word connections and new ideas (likes to research on them). does not like routine and tries to change routine with fresh ways.
includer
believes that fundamentally we are all the same. tries to include everyone in the group, does not like people to be excluded. enjoys making everyone feel important. anti-elitist. helps you think about potential customers you are not reaching and helps those who are not really sociable. might involve everyone unnecessarily.
individualisation
likes to observe people’s differences and customise. knows that everyone is different. have ideas about what kind of person someone is. at immature stage, might make exceptions the norm. able to identify individual strength and weakness well. they can give you advice on how to deal with others, and how to stand out.
input
very inquisitive. likes to collect things and info that interests them. at immature stage is not critical about info collected (brightside type)- can also be disorganised and forgot where they store info. like to be in the know. can be leveraged for information.
intellection
like mental activity and thinking. can overthink (leading to phobias). likes quiet time for thinking and reflection. introspective. they love to read and are ok with having their thinking. can overcomplicate discussions. can be perceived as anti-social
