  • Any kind of conduction block (bundle branch blocks, fascicular blocks)
  • Sinus bradycardia or slow AF
  • Development of sine wave appearance
  • Can cause cardiac arrest
    • Asystole
    • Ventricular fibrillation
    • PEA with bizarre, wide complex rhythm
