Indications
A
Incomprehensible speech, inappropriate verbal response, inability to follow verbal commands, decreased responsiveness, or unresponsiveness.

If BGL is less than 60mg/dl, admin 25g of dextrose IV (may use in 100ml bag, ran wide open.)
0.25-2mg Narcan (my request additional dose of 2mg)

for consideration of bicarb for tricyclic antidepressant overdose, glucagon for beta blocker overdose, and calcium chloride for calcium channel blocker overdose
