What does (HSE) do?

A
  • Responsible for preparing a raft of health and safety legislation covering most aspects of onshore and offshore activity including the CDM
    Regulations.
  • Preparing Codes of Practice and other documents as a guide to the interpretation of the regulations.
  • Investigates breaches of the regulations and reportable incidents and prosecutes employers and others where there has been serious injury or death due to a failure to observe health and safety legislation.
