XXX XXX Call is to have a clear understanding of what has been communicated to the client about each project, both inside and outside of the contract, which is critical to a smooth operation. In these meetings, Population Health leadership can ask any questions to those involved in the sales process.
Sales Turnover
Objective: Cerner engagement team with an understanding of the HealtheIntent methodology and deployment process. Also, during this time the Cerner engagement team can share with us if there are major client priorities and any in flight projects.
Engagement Startup
Objective: Assist the client in achieving readiness from a strategy, data and solution standpoint to ensure the project will be successful once a full Cerner Population Health Consulting team is assigned.
Foundations Event
Objective: Ensure core competencies are present and critical success factors are met to optimize HealtheEDW deployment, streamline data acquisition, and drive data-driven decision making.
Use Case Design
Objective: To provide a client overview into the overall strategy of HealtheIntent data quality assurance. Included in the messaging is a deep dive on data transformation, the HealtheIntent validation process, and an overview of data quality dashboards. This presentation will introduce, discuss, and break down quality assurance techniques that support HealtheIntent use cases downstream.
Data Quality Workshop
Objective: To guide the client through the XXX XXX of their HealtheIntent project. XXX XXX comprises of technical setup (HIDUU, system account), data onboarding strategy, the Data Integration Workshop event and ingesting data sources into HealtheIntent. At the end of this cycle of work, the client will submit a sample file(s) per data source and proceed with slotting data sources.
Data Readiness
Objectives:
Solution Slotting: To efficiently slot consulting & IP dates for standard deployment of HealtheIntent solutions and provide to the Cerner engagement team.
Identity Management: To guide the client through the identity management personnel build and strategy of their HealtheIntent project. Identity Management readiness comprises of personnel build and strategy documented in the client requirements wiki page.
Solution Readiness
Objective: To determine the client’s vision, mission and readiness for population health management programs, solutions and value.
