-muscular branches supply: levator scap, rhomboids
-no sensory branches
-runs posteriorly

Long thoracic

-muscular branches: serratus ant
-no sensory branches
-post to brachial plexus

Suprascapular

-muscular branches: infraspinatus, supraspinatus
-no sensory branches
-passes through suprascapular notch and around spinoglenoid notch
