Q

Where do the exocrine secretions of the pancreas go?

A

The exocrine secretions first get collected into small ducts.
These small ducts then combine to form the pancreatic duct, which then joins the common bile duct.
The unison of the two bile ducts forms the hepatopancreatic ampulla, which then enters the duodenum 10cm after the pyloric sphincter.
