Azure Arc
Azure Arc is a bridge that extends the Azure platform to help you build applications and services with the flexibility to run across datacenters, at the edge, and in multicloud environments. Develop cloud-native applications with a consistent development, operations, and security model. Azure Arc runs on both new and existing hardware, virtualization and Kubernetes platforms, IoT devices, and integrated systems. Azure Account
The email address that you provide when you create an Azure subscription is the Azure account for the subscription. When you create an Azure account, you provide contact information and billing details, like a credit card. You can use the same Azure account for multiple subscriptions. Each subscription is associated with only one Azure account.

An entity that’s managed by Azure. Examples include Azure Virtual Machines, virtual networks, and storage accounts.

A logical container for your resources. Each Azure resource is associated with only one subscription. Creating a subscription is the first step in adopting Azure.

Another way to track Azure costs is by using tags. Tags can be applied to Azure resources as a means of grouping them for things like cost tracking. Tags can be applied based on department, project, environment, or any other purpose.
