Business to consumer - The sale of a business’s product to consumer.

What does B2B need to focus on? How will they market and what will their customers want?

A

Focus on being informative, will use trade journals and trade shows to advertise.
- B2B customers will be focussed on quality and cost effectiveness of the products.
- There will be emphasis on building a long term relationship between businesses.
The volume may be very large so stakes are high as each contract could be very profitable - so the marketing will be treated as important.
