Q

K Guard

A

Starting in Closed Guard
1 Use opposite hand to grab on the sleeve from the top. (optionally the other hand can slide from underneath to break the collar grab). Pull that hand up and keep it there
2 The other hand grab his inner thigh (also swing the opposite leg out) to put my body to perpendicular against his.
3 Right away the leg swung out move back to track and block his body and arm.

A. Push back his body abit to attract him pushing back. Find chance to slide leg up from his shoulder and move into a triangle choke.
B. If he tries to stand up, which is the right defense move, or A doesn’t work, Slide the lower leg’s foot into his armpit. Swing the blocking leg outward to gain momentum while lifting the hand which grab his thigh and pushing (kicking) the foot thats into his armpit. And this should give a sweep.

Single leg x guard

A

One of the entering is from Delariva guard.

  1. Sit up and and place right knee towards another foot of his and slightly up. So to prevent his knee cut pass.
  2. Reposition left foot so shin against his shin
  3. Underhook his other foot with right arm. Rotate into right side while lift you left foot to lift his right foot.
  4. Straight left leg in process so that when you roll on your back you have you left leg wrap around his right leg. Left foot against his hip. Right foot just hook slightly off his crutch also on his right leg.
  5. Lift your ass to apply weight on your right leg against his leg. And twist your body slight to the left. This will force him to fall down. Now you have a ankle lock.
  6. To do ankle lock, make sure his ankle is under your armpit and your hand can just put somewhere on your own belly. Make sure you can’t see his toes when you turn around. Elbow tight against your body. Slowly turn your whole upper body against floor and lean towards floor. If nothing . Arch back.
6b. The defending of ankle lock is to avoid attackers foot from applying pressure against your hip by shuffle it underneath your ass. If your opponent does that. You can shift to attack the other leg.
6c. Or, move on to knee bar. By grabbing his collar and sit up. Quickly do a knee cut pass. Might have your passing feet trapped but it’s ok.
  7. Back stab by turn around and sit on him. Grab his right leg (assuming attacking left leg) and control that right leg while fall to the left.
  8. Move the right leg away and grab on his left ankle with both hand.
  9. Apply pressure from your ass. If nothing. Slightly twist his ankle towards left and should make him feel worse.

A

Entry with delariva with left hand on his foot. Right hand grabbing in his sleeve.

Spider guard by Right foot kicking into his left biceps. Shift ass to closer to his right foot. Stretch his left arm out with right foot spider. Meanwhile tilt upper body to left so you can elevate his right foot.

Move around left leg from daleriva hook to single leg x guard by inserting left leg to his inner right leg. Move you right leg to against his hip.

Wrap his right foot to your left armpit.

He is going to want to lower his body to steady his base. When that happens, grab his collar.

He might also try to move away your single leg x guard by pushing your leg. When that happens, move to regular x guard.

Pull his collar to force him fall forward. He is going to want to resist that by pulling back. As soon as he does that, drop right foot to his ankle and push him fall back with your left leg.

Move on to ankle lock. Adjust his foot under armpit so that you don’t see his toe when you look back.

Clamp your arm tight against body. Left feet on his left leg, and cross your right leg to his right hip.
