A

What is the Airfield Rotation Beacon?

A

When the airport is below VFR weather conditions, day or night, the airport rotating beacon is used to identify the airports location. It rotates clockwise at a constant speed and use 2 white lights and one green flashing 12 to 15 times per minute.
