What is a question you can ask other than, “what do you do”?
How do you spend your time?
How do you answer the question, “What do you do”?
Never just say the naked job title.
Don’t say, “I’m the owner of a small business”. Maybe say, “I’m the owner of a manufacturing business that creates competition suits for female fitness athletes, do you know any bodybuilders?
How can you create chemistry with someone?
Use language like, “We” and “us”. Avoid clichés at all cost.
Instead of “It’s cold right now” try, “We are going to need to put on more clothes if it gets any colder”.
Instead of “this is a really nice venue” try, “They set up a really nice venue for us”
How can you use the technique, “echoing” to make someone like you?
If the person says, “I really want a suit for small boobs” say something like, “This cut is great for small boobs because…”
Or if they say, “I am worried if I buy a suit now, it won’t fit on my competition”, say, “if you are worried about your competition suit fitting, you should let us measure you now and we will keep your measurements on file”.
