1 1/2 Oz cognac (or brandy or whisky) (3 count)
3/4 Oz Cointreau (or triple sec, orange liquor) (1.5 count)
3/4 Oz lemon juice (1.5 count)
Lemon wedge
Sugar
Rub cocktail glass rim with lemon wedge and rim with sugar. Shake liquid with ice. Strain into prepared glass. Twist lemon peel over top and drop in.
