what does PIDA stand for
public interest disclosure act, any whistle blowing has to fit in a certain criteria for it to be allowed
what are the criteria for PIDA
- has to be in the public interest
- person must believe its true
- must be reported to the right person.

Act Util, whistleblowing is morally right depending on the situation, only if it causes more happiness.
Kant on whistleblowing
Kant thinks lying cannot be universalised, therefore he would be against lying to cover up Business practise.
what is the utilitarian defence for sweatshops
many people in third world countries are in danger of starvation, if sweatshops open, then they will at least earn some money.
