Myxomas

A
75% LA at fossa ovalis
40% primary cardiac tumors
10% familial (most sporatic)
Multiple tumors in 50% familial cases (Carney complex - pigmented skin lesions, endocrine overactivity - tumors in atypical locations)
Non-specific constitutional sx -> SCD
IL-6 secretion -> consitutional sx
valve damage/MR
Syncopal episodes from obstruction
Embolic sx (blue toes etc)

flower like  with stalk (sea anemone)

Cutaneous myxoma or pigmented lesions
Endocrine tumors
ie pigmented nodular adrencortical diseae -> cushings
