Pain in the arm, possibly radiating to shoulder.
Paraesthesia of pulps of thumb, index, middle and half of ring finger.
Exclude;
- rheumatoid
- granulomatous disorders
- endocrine disorders
- Paget disease
- hypothyroidism
- amyloidosis.

Injection of LA corticosteroid into tunnel
