Verify that the MODEL is correct.

Verify that the ENG RATING is correct.

Verify that the navigation database ACTIVE date range is current.

Verify and/or adjust Fuel Flow (FF) factor displayed in (5R), this value must be compared with the OFP PERF factor value.

CDU RTE page:

🛫 ON RTE 1 Enter Origin and Destination Enter FLT NO.

Insert F-PLN RTE ACTIVATE and execute the route.

🛬 CDU DEPARTURES/ARRIVAL page:

Select departure runway or HUD TAKEOFF.

Select departure routing (transition).

Select arrival routing (transition).

Select arrival runway.

Execute departure runway / HUD TAKEOFF departure routing / Arrival Routing and Runway.

🚁 ON RTE 2

Select the EOPRO

🚀 NAV RADIO page:

Tune the navigation radios as needed, refer to the ABPs.

🛸 FIX Page:

Refer to the ABPs.

🚨 Select INITIALIZE FLIGHT.

Verify correct documents are loaded.

Wait until all backgrounds are gray.

Verify databases are current on the EFB IDENT page.

Review FAULTs, MEMOs, and MSGs.

Select TERMINAL CHARTS as needed.

First Officer programs EN-ROUTE CHARTS with the designated SID, Route and expected STAR at destination.

✈️ CDU PERF INIT page:
Enter the ZFW.
Verify that the FUEL on the CDU, the dispatch papers, and EICAS agree.
Verify that the fuel is sufficient for flight.
Verify that the GR WT on the CDU and the dispatch papers agree.
Enter Cost Index written in the Flight Plan

THRUST LIM page:
Verify that the OAT is displayed.
