A

A well held body good attack on body swing, aim for nose to touch floor on four bounces. Aim for strong impetuous on body roll on floor to keep legs straight

A

I breathe in to lift legs, breathe out when lowering legs, it much be smooth presentation no jerking

A

If a dancer had heeled shoes on and the foot was not placed on the side it would rip the heel off the shoes
