Method

A

Parents completed a questionnaire on their child’s attitude usage with her existing inhaler
They use the fun here for two weeks, and they were sent a second questionnaire to assess the attitude with the fun Haler
Parents also were issued with a phone interview asking if they had successfully medicated their child on the previous day

Results

A

60% more children took the recommended dose when using the fun Gila compared to their standard medication
22 out of 30 children were reported as always successful using the fun haler compared to 3, using the standard device
In the phone interview, 38% more parents had medicated the child the previous day when using fun haler
