  1. 1285 - the Statute of Winchester strengthen the system of raising troops through Assize of Arms: Commisioners of Array would be appointed for each town and county.
  2. Royal household increased from 500 calvary to 4000 calvary.
  3. Edward 3 army consist all mercenaries.
