What is the life expectancy and why is it important
Life expectancy is used to see how long somebody is expected to live with current healthcare. If someone lives in a country with a low life expectancy, they are probably not very healthy.
What is quality of life and why is it important
How healthy someone is while living. If someone lives a long life, but are constantly sick then they aren’t healthy
What are the three kinds of health
Physical health, mental and emotional health, social health
A gradual progression through many stages between one extreme and another

A behaviour that is repeated so often it becomes almost automatic
