Attitude
a person’s behavior based on how they are thinking for feeling about the subject.
Affect
an emotional response of a person based of circumstances.
Cognitive dissonance
emotional tension produced by a conflict between one’s attitude and one’s behavior.
Social learning
how one person learns by observing other people’s behaviors in different social circumstances.
Job satisfaction
a persons feeling of fulfillment based on their job.
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
All actions and behaviors of employee’s that are not a part of their job description.
Counterproductive work behavior
is an employee behavior that is not in the best interest or the goals of a business.
Organizational commitment
an individual’s mental attachment to the organization.
Affective commitment
the emotional attachment to the organization.
Continuance commitment
– how an employee feels the need to stay at their organization.
Normative commitment
Level of commitment where an employee feels obligated to stay with the organization.
Emotions
a result of physiologically enhanced changes that produce specific sensations due to a situation.
Emotional contagion
when Emotions of one person is transferred to another either consciously or unconsciously.
Ethical behavior
any action that furthers a good outcome due to a person’s values and morals.
Values
a set of personal beliefs that are about how a person views honesty, beliefs, and behaviors.
