What does a dongle do?

A

It gives computers (and laptops) an internet connection without being in the range of a wifi hotspot. It uses the mobile broadband data network, which is charged, which links you to the 3G mobile network. You can use the internet 24/7 wherever you are as long as there is a mobile network signal available there. It is a small piece of hardware hat connects to a computer and has uses including data storage and picking up Bluetooth and 3G signals. A dongle may be portable.

A

Ergonomics is looking at designing equipment so that it reduces the users fatigue (tiredness), discomfort and risk of injury. Ergonomics is used to design objects in the workplace to provide safety and comfort for the worker.
