Assault Level 1-3
- ) Simple assault (most common assault). Examples are slapping, pushing or shoving, punching or threatening that he or she will harm you or your children.
- ) Assault with a weapon or causing bodily harm. Examples are an assault where you are beaten with a baseball bat or an assault where you get a black eye or broken bones.
- ) Aggravated assault is an assault where your life is endangered or you are wounded, maimed or disfigured. Examples are where the offender threatens to kill you or where your injuries from the assault leave you with a limp or scars.
Sexual Assault Level 1-3
Sexual Assault Level 1: Any form of sexual activity (e.g., kissing, touching, oral sex, vaginal or anal intercourse) forced on another person or nonconsensual bodily contact for a sexual purpose. Level 1sexual assaults involve minor physical injuries or no injuries to the victim. Conviction for a Level 1 sexual assault is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Sexual Assault Level 2: A sexual assault in which the perpetrator uses, or threatens to use, a weapon or threatens the victims friends or family members, or causes bodily harm to a third party, or commits the assault with another person (multiple assailants). Conviction for a Level 2 sexual assault is punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
Sexual Assault Level 3: A sexual assault resulting in wounding, maiming, or disfiguring or endangering the life of the victim. Conviction for a Level 3 sexual assault is punishable by a maximum penalty of life in prison.

Colour of right is the legal concept in the UK and other Commonwealth countries of an accused’s permission to the usage or conversion of an asset in the possession of another.
Controlled Substance
A controlled substance is generally a drug or chemical whose manufacture, possession, or use is regulated by a government.
Culpable Homicide
Culpable homicide is a specific offence in various jurisdictions within the Commonwealth of Nations which involves the illegal killing of a person either with or without an intention to kill depending upon how a particular jurisdiction has defined the offence.
Disorderly house
a disorderly house is a house in which the conduct of its inhabitants is such as to become a public nuisance, or outrages public decency, or tends to corrupt or deprave, or injures the public interest

Fraud is a deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain

Infanticide
the killing of a person between the ages of 0 and 5 by a mother who is suffering from a mental illness
Manslaughter
a legal term for the killing of a human being, in a manner considered by law as less culpable than murder.
Mischeif
A specific injury or damage caused by another person’s action or inaction.
