  • Set 90% RPM (Breaks holding)
  • Look up
  • Release brakes
  • Set full power
    • 99.5% - 101.5%
    • JPT 725 max
    • Oil pressure: 20psi min
  • All warning lights out
  • 65kts: stick back
  • 75kts: raise nosewheel / check forward
  • 85 kts: rotate

Initial climb away

A
  • Check positive rate of climb
  • Brakes on/off
  • Gear up, three greens < 125kts
  • Check >100ft / >110kts
  • Flaps up and indicating by 150kts
  • Check RPM (101.5% max, JPT 735 max, Oil pressure 20min)
  • 140kts, reduce RPM to 90%, hold 140kts
  • 500 ft commence turn (35-45 degrees)

A

  • Flaps: take off and indicating
  • Fuel: sufficient for diversion, calc threshold speed
  • Harness tight and locked
  • Wheel brakes
    • Hydraulic pressure: 1250-1700 psi
    • Test wheel brakes: 900 psi each
    • Release brakes: 0 psi
    • Low hyd press warning off
  • Adjust rpm to 75% to maintain 115kts

Finals turn

A
  • Abeam 300agl point
  • Reduce rpm to 60%
  • Turn at 25-35 degrees
  • Check gear
  • 650 feet / half way through turn: radio call: finals to land, 3 greens
  • Roll out at 300agl point (1nm from threshold)
