A

Usual remedy for breach of contract where the courts orders the party at fault to carry out the terms of a contract,

What is a recession order?

A

When a party has breached their terms of a contract, they may wish to be relieved of the obligations under the contract. The result of an order of recession is that both parties are returned to their original position before the contract was made (e.g. faulty goods)
