A

this is a series of discrete skills strung together in a sequence to formulate a more complicated action
ie. triple jump, gymnastics, dance routine

A

skill, task or action that has no definable beginning or ending. it is often repetitive, rhythmical in nature and long in duration.
ie. cycling, swimming, rowing, running, canoeing
