Hypertension

Hypercholesterolaemia
Smoking
Anxiety and depression
Treat with sildenafil (viagra) inhibits phosphodiesterase 5 at corpus cavernosa, relaxes smooth muscle fibres, increasing blood flow

A
Accumulation of serous fluid within the cavity of the tunica vaginalis
Caused by:
Failure of processus vaginalis to close
Treatment
Self-resolving
Transilluminates with pen torch

What is a varicocele?
A
Gross dilation of veins draining testes
Caused by:
Left testicular vein drains into left renal at a right angle, lack of valves, LRV compressed between SMA and aorta
Treated by:
NSAIDs for pain, self resolving
