Can you tell me exactly when you first noticed the abdominal cramps and nausea starting?”
I felt the first cramp around midnight. I went to the restroom and noted that the pain went away along with passing gas along the bowel movement. Went back to bed again and noticed that the second cramp occur and that when the nausea occur and it lead to vomiting
“How did your body react to Pepto Bismol, besides vomiting?
Cramps occur before the vomiting episodes
“Before the pain started, did you eat anything unusual or different from your normal diet?”
No that I am aware of
“Do you have any pre-existing health conditions we should be aware of, including any history of gastrointestinal issues or surgeries?”

Have you tried any other medications or home remedies since your symptoms began?”
Just Tylenol
You mentioned a similar episode a few months ago. Have there been any other instances of this type of pain?”
No there have been any other instances
Since your symptoms started, how much fluid have you been able to keep down? Have you been able to eat, and if so, what?”
No I haven’t been able to keep down any fluid.Havnt ate anything
Aside from Pepto Bismol and Tylenol, are you currently taking any other medications, including those for chronic conditions?
No
“How would you describe the pain you’re feeling? Is it sharp, dull, or cramping?”
Cramping Pain that feel sharp at times
“Have you attempted any specific methods or taken any over-the-counter medications to manage your pain besides Pepto Bismol?”
I try lying down in various position but it didn’t help at all
Pap smear exam five years ago
I dont recall the diagnosis but it wasn’t cancer and I was recommended to remove the uterus and cervix
Past surgical history
Have two children, the second one born by C-section. This was done through an incision across lower belly
Did you recall how the ovaries removed
No i dont recall how was the ovaries was removed
