presentation - fever, myalgias, rash 2 - 3 days after
danger associated with fetal deaths in pregnant patients
patients with chronic hemolytic anemia ( ie Sickle cell) can have aplastic crisis

Jones criteria-
J-joints (migratory)
H-heart/carditis
N-nodules (extensor surfaces)

S - Sydenham’s Chorea - is a disease characterized by rapid, uncoordinated jerking movements affecting primarily the face, feet and hands.
