  • Shortening duration of action of each dose (i.e. end-dose deterioration, where dyskinesias become more prominent at the end of the duration of action.

‘DELIRiUM’

  • Electrolyte and physiological abnormalities
  • Lack of drug (withdrawal)
  • Infection
  • Reduced sensory input (blind, deaf, changing environment)
