What is the Franks dependency theory
Dependency theory is the notion that resources flow from a “periphery” of poor and underdeveloped states to a “core” of wealthy states, enriching the latter at the expense of the former.
What is the periphery in Franks dependency
The poor undeveloped countries that sell their natural resources

The rich developed countries that but resources cheap and then make primary products
