Dose - 324mg

For - self organophosphate exposure
Contraindications - hypersensitivity or tachycardia or glaucoma
Dose - 2-5mg IV every 15-30 minutes until vital signs improve

Question 3

Albuteral

Answer 3

For - difficulty breathing
Contraindications - hypersensitivity or tachydisrythmias
Dose - 2.5mg in 3ml saline @ 6lpm

Question 4

Atrovent (Ipratropium)

Answer 4

Contraindications - hypersensitivity, tachydisrythmias, peanut allergy
Dosage - 0.5mg w/2.5ml saline
