What is the producer?
An organism that makes its own food.
What is the consumer?
An organism that obtains energy by feeding on other organisms.
What is the decomposer?
Fungi and bacteria that break organic material into smaller bits.
What is a biotic member?
Living things such as plants and animals.
What is a abiotic member?
Non - living factors such as soil, weather, water and atmosphere.
What is a food chain?
They show what eats what in what particular order and habitat. The arrows show the direction in which the food and the feeder.
What are food webs used for?
They are several food chains linked together to form a web. They show if the ecosystem is more diverse and if it is less diverse
What is the nutrients cycle?
This is the movement and exchange in which organic and inorganic matter go back into the production of living matter and the way the nutrients travels.
What factors affect the freshwater and wetland wildlife?
Water pollution, Lack of active management, Water abstraction, Creation of wetland habitat, Climate change
