Reversible and Irreversible

A

Reversible: Competitive inhibition in Succinate Dehydrogenase in TCA cycle; Converts succinate to fumurate, but is inhibited by malonate

Irreversible: Sarin binds to serine residue in acetylcholinesterase, inhibits recycling of acetylcholine in synapses
