Patent urachus -> dribbling urine from umbilicus

how would you treat congenital patent urachus?
A
prophylactic ABx - as there is a patent hole easy fro infection to spread

Rx acquires patent urachus?
A
US to assess. as its usually 2ndry to infection -> Think about sepsis/infection + failure to passive transfer (surgery occaisonally)
