  • supervision necessary
  • side effects: metallic taste, headaches, fatigue, optic neuritis, peripheral neuropathy, hepatitis, rash
  • DDI: alcohol, metronidazole, amitriptyline, phenytoin, etc.
  • contraindications: MI, CVA, cognitive dysfunction, pregnancy, breast feeding

  • side effects: nausea, headaches, anxiety, sedation, hepatic failure
